Shawn is an incredibly patient and attentive instructor. He spent a lot of time teaching us how to make a proper pizza and how to turn left and right, staying with us patiently until we became comfortable with the techniques. He also guided us onto the chairlift and encouraged us to challenge ourselves by trying the beginner green run. If I were on my own, I would never have had the courage to take the lift. In just two short hours, I truly learned so much and was able to experience the real joy of skiing. Thank you so much, Shawn!
