Rules & Policies
Cancellation & Refunds
- Cancel 48+ hours before → 100% refund (minus payment-processing fee)
- Cancel 24–48 hours before → 50% refund
- Cancel less than 24 hours or no-show → no refund
- If an instructor cancels, you may choose a full refund or a free reschedule
Weather & Lift Closures
If the resort is closed or conditions are unsafe, you may choose a free reschedule or full refund.
Late Arrivals
Lessons start on time. Instructors wait up to 15 minutes. Unused time is forfeited.
Equipment Requirements
- Bring a valid lift ticket or season pass
- Provide your own equipment (rentals available at the resort)
- Helmet is mandatory for all lessons
Safety & Conduct Standards
Follow resort rules and instructor guidance at all times. Respect other riders and mountain safety protocols.
Waiver & Insurance
- Signing the digital waiver is mandatory before your lesson.
- Sessions booked outside Mountain Pro are not insured.
Communication Policy
All logistics, goals, and lesson planning are arranged directly with your coach via secure in-app chat.
