Ica is an amazing instructor! It was my friend and I’s first time to try snowboarding and she guided us so well through all the different exercises. She’s so cool :) 100% would recommend booking with her

I booked Ica for a 1-hour session at Moonstone, where she guided me on how to feel more comfortable on my toe edge. She had me do a series of toe-edge drills, making sure I mastered each one before moving on to the next—no shortcuts, which helped reinforce proper technique and safety. By the end of the session, I was able to properly use my toe edge and successfully link my turns because of her guidance. She also provided insightful feedback on common riding mistakes and even noticed that my bindings were installed incorrectly (after I had already ridden for 12 days lol). She also took videos so I could review my form and even post them on social media hahaha. Overall, I would highly recommend her for anyone looking to learn snowboarding in a fun, calm, and low-pressure environment.

I found Ica through Instagram suggested reels and instantly loved her content, so I followed her. I messaged her to ask about lessons, and everything just felt easy from there. What made it even more perfect is that she teaches at the mountains I usually go (Mt. St. Louis Moonstone and Lakeridge). I did a total of 5 hours of lessons with her, and she taught me so many important fundamentals: proper power pendulum, toe side, J turns, and how to finally connect my turns. Things that used to feel confusing started to click. She’s super patient and easy to be with, which made learning feel relaxed and not intimidating at all. Communication was also so much better because we speak the same language, which honestly made a huge difference. Highly recommend her if you want to learn snowboarding while actually enjoying the process ✨❄️
