My name is Fiona Lam, and I am a CASI Level 1 certified snowboard instructor (passed in March 2025). I have several seasons of riding experience and especially enjoy carving, while helping beginners and intermediate riders build strong fundamentals and confidence in a safe, supportive environment. I am a native speaker of English and Cantonese and fluent in Mandarin, so I can teach lessons in any of these three languages. I would like to meet students at Mount St. Louis, near the magic carpet area, as this is an ideal location for beginner lessons and warm-up drills. Students are responsible for preparing their own equipment and lift tickets; all snowboard gear (snowboard, boots, bindings, helmet, appropriate winter clothing such as snow pants, jacket, gloves, and goggles) should be either brought by the student or rented directly from the resort, and a valid lift ticket or beginner​/​magic carpet ticket must be purchased before the lesson. I am available Monday to Sunday, any time, with a flexible schedule based on student needs. I ask that students arrive 20–30 minutes early to sort out rentals, tickets, and washroom breaks, and that they wear a helmet for safety.
