Hi! My name is Kai and I am a certified CASI Level 1 Snowboard Instructor. I specialize in beginner snowboard coaching, focusing on safe, efficient, and enjoyable learning. My teaching style is patient, structured, and easy to understand, and I tailor each lesson to your pace and goals. Whether it’s your first time on snow or you’re looking to improve your basic turns, I’m excited to guide you through every step. 2. Meet-Up Location Our meet-up location will be at: BLUE MOUNTAIN SOUTH BASE Please arrive 10–15 minutes early so we can check equipment and warm up before the lesson begins. 3. Equipment Needed Please prepare the following equipment before the lesson: Snowboard (properly sized) Snowboard boots Helmet (mandatory) Snowboard bindings Lift ticket or season pass Warm and waterproof outerwear (jacket & pants) Gloves or mittens Goggles Face mask ​/​ neck warmer (optional but recommended) If you need rentals, please arrive early to allow enough time for fitting and adjustments. 4. Other Special Requirements Physical condition: Basic fitness and ability to stand, walk, and balance. Safety: Helmet is required for all students. Punctuality: Lesson time cannot be extended for late arrivals. Weather: Lessons continue in most weather conditions (snow, wind, cold). Beginner-friendly: No prior snowboarding experience is required. Waiver: Some resorts may require signing a liability waiver before participating.
