Mountain Pro specializes in low-ratio, private guiding experiences. Advanced booking and communication is required for all programs. Contact us to set up your reservation for a custom guiding program.
North American Programs: United States, Canada, and Alaska. Our standard day guiding rates apply only to guiding services in non-packaged programs. Examples of such would be day skiing in the Colorado backcountry or rock climbing in the Utah desert.
1:1 $350 per day
2:1 $225 per person, per day
3:1 $180 per person, per day (ski, selected rock or non-technical programs)
4:1 $150 per person, per day (ski, selected rock or non-technical programs)
European Programs: France, Switzerland, and Italy Daily international guiding rate for skiing, alpine climbing or rock climbing. Guests will be responsible for all expenses (including lift tickets and accommodation for both guest and guide). Packages prices are indicated on the respective trip page.
€ 375 per day (1 or 2 guests for a la carte rock and alpine programs)
Payment Schedule and Terms:
We require a deposit of 50% of total trip cost upon booking. Full Payment is due 30 days prior to the trip start. Payment will not be processed until the appropriate liability waiver forms (below) have been received by Mountain Pro LLC.
Payments may be made by personal US check, cashiers check, bank wire transfer or by credit or debit card securely through Mountain Pro’s Paypal terminal.
Cancellation Policy:
If there is a special need to cancel your current booking, please let us know as soon as possible. We will do everything in our control to offer the maximum refund possible. We understand that every cancellation is unique and will do our best to accommodate you by rescheduling if possible. Our cancellation policies are listed below.
- 60-100 days before trip start 50% of booking fee/deposit will be refunded.
- 30-60 days before trip start, Guest will be charged 100% of booking fee/deposit.
- Less than 30 days prior to trip start date, guest will be charged 100% of trip cost.
